Due to concerns regarding the copyright status of some of the contributed deck files, I have momentarily (as of March, 2014) deleted the downloadable files. However, the source code is still available.
If you are still interested in using the desktop version, please send me an e-mail and I will put it back (with the source code but without the contributed decks) on the site.
